I am so afraid that this game is dead. There hasn't been any updates, new content or news in so long....Please tell me the game is still being developed.
Don't really have to worry about that. Just read through the comments or go to their Patreon page. Just a month ago someone said here that the next chapter is 75% done, just taking a bit longer than expected. Last Patreon progress report was September 26th. Can always check those two spots if you're worried a game has been abandoned :)
“Chapter 7 of Radiant is right around the corner” - this was written 46 days ago (18th August), are you able to give a more specific date for release of Chapter 7?

75% done and took longer than dev wanted, five more scenes left to do, dev thinks it will be quick, promises it will be most lewd chapter so far
